5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your key is faulty, contact us at support@keynona.com within 14 days with:

  • The game key purchased.
  • A clear screenshot showing the activation error.

Our team will respond within 3-5 business days. If confirmed faulty, we will issue a replacement key or full refund.
